'Patron of the Arts'
 

What is a Patron?
A patron is simply someone who provides support, encouragement, and often financial aid to a cause, event, or person. In this case we are asking you to support the excellent artists that will be participating in our Apollo Beach Manatee Festival of the Arts. To become a patron you simply pre-purchase a defined dollar amount of certificates which may be used as cash at the Festival. This is a way to show your support with dollars you have probably already earmarked to spend at the festival.

Is there a cost to being a Patron?
Yes - we collect a $35 fee from each Patron. This fee goes to the chamber to help defray administrative and 'Patron Privileges' costs (see next section).


Is there Value to being a Patron other than showing support of the artists?
 

Absolutely! Patron's Privileges Include:

  • Free admission to the Patron/VIP cocktail party on the Friday evening (March 12th) before the festival at the Manatee Viewing Center - Wonderful Event! This alone is worth the $35! LATE BREAKING NEWS - APOLLO BISTRO WILL BE THE SPONSOR FOR THE RECEPTION AND WILL PROVIDE THE APPETIZERS AND DESSERTS!!! If this doesn't get you to sign up - nothing will!

  • VIP Parking for the Festival (can save a lot of walking)!

  • Free admission for two into the festival for both days!

  • Free beer and wine at the Festival Beer Garden with your VIP badge!

  • Access to the VIP area supplied with beverages and appetizers!

  • VIP badges to wear and ribbons (representing the dollar denominations) to be used for purchases from artists!

  • Early admissions into the festival for first looks and first choice!

  • And more!!

Contact us now to signup or join us at the 'Prospective Patron Gathering', where we will explain the Patron's program to you in detail. We will also have items on display which typify the art available at the event. The Gathering will be held on Friday, February 12th, from 6:00 - 8:00PM at the Tampa Sailing Squadron clubhouse. The location of the clubhouse is 1250 Apollo Beach Boulevard. Light appetizers, beer, and wine will be served. Hope to see you there!
