Artists exhibiting at Manatee come from across the United States and represent a wide variety of media from painting and sculpture to wood carving, leather, and jewelry.  Art buyers come to see one-of-a-kind pieces exhibited by exceptional talent.  For years our artist-exhibitors have raved about our artist-friendly staff and the amenities we provide.  We're known as a "buyer's show" attracting festival attendees motivated to purchase art.  Friday setups and 24-hour security provided by sheriff's deputies are just a few of the bonuses artists can expect at Manatee!

Food Vendors

This year Manatee has found exceptional food vendors to serve our diverse and demanding crowds.  We limit our food court to those who offer food with a wide appeal - not standard carnival foods. If you'd like to be considered one of these select vendors for 2010 call or email the Chamber for more information or an application.

Bring your appetites!  Our Food Court will feature Seared Tuna from Apollo’s Bistro, Barbequed Chicken and Pork from Uncle Kenny’s, Inc,  Build a Burrito and Mexican Specialties from Donkey O Tees, Grouper and Shrimp from J.J. Snyder’s, Gyros and Crab Cakes from Simon’s Concessions,  Soft Shell Crabs and Fish Bowls from Asian Fusion Elite, Specialty Italians Subs from Sarducci’s Pizzeria, Deli Sandwiches from Brenda catering, Strawberry Shortcake by Hydroponics Harvest Farms, Ice Cream and Root Beer Floats from John’s Ice Cream, and Kettle Corn from Ol’ Kentucky Kettle Corn.

Art comes in all forms.  Every year we have great musical talent from all walks of life and drawn from throughout the area.  We're building our performing arts schedule now, so watch this website for more information.

For a third year, Culinary is back!  In our Culinary Arts venue feature demonstrations by top chefs in the Bay Area as well as exciting Culinary Arts Competitions with 3 talented teams of young culinary students.  Culinary has become a high point of Manatee.
